Canada, Lies, and Videotape

I hear Justin got great Marx in school.

On Friday the folks that run the hosting service told me that the place was infected again.  This is a (more or less) normal occurrence since I wrote the post telling Mr. Biden exactly where he could shove his bald-faced threat of war against average Americans.  That’s when the hacking started.  It comes and goes in fits and starts.

The most frequent times are when I bring up points against The Narrative.  Particularly, they were worried about COVID and any sort of deviation from “vaxx is Mother, vaxx is Father, and you should do anything that the State says.”  Those things tend to correlate strongly with attacks.  Once is an accident, twice is a coincidence, and three times is enemy action.

I think the latest thing to set them off (and this was a fairly strong set-off) was the post /pol/ versus The Canadian Banking System.  Huh.  Who would have thought that central bankers would have thought that the idea of collapsing the banking system would be so very scary that they would go after anyone who dared point out that Empress Justine (and the Canadian financial system) had no clothes?

I would think that the deeper the truth, the more they’d go to suppress it.  And that appears to be just the case with everything going on in Canada.

First, there’s the law itself.  The Emergency Measures apply to, shall we say, a very limited group of people.  If LGBTQ+ Afghan refugees wants to burn down Ottawa, that’s fine.  Just can’t have truckers with bouncy houses.

The long-term goal is to make these new powers permanent.  This allows government to have nearly unprecedented control in Canada.

Thankfully for Justin, many world leaders liked his methods:

The police in Ottawa also have signaled that they want revenge.  They will not stop until every single person involved in the peaceful protest in Ottawa is punished.

Leftists, of course, agree fully with this:

They agree so much, that they probably bought the story that was going through the news media.  As the police were breaking up the protesters, they brought in mounted police.  According to the radio station I was listening to, a protester had “thrown a bicycle at the horses.”  At least we know who would have turned in Anne Frank so that they could have been good boys.

No, it’s not your imagination, there isn’t a bicycle there.  Why?  Because it’s a mobility scooter.  Soon enough, the Toronto Star© jumped in and said that people were faking photos to make the Mounties look bad.

Thankfully, I have a picture of the top Toronto Star™ correspondent.  I think his name is Bob.

    As others have pointed out, our media and government haven’t condemned what is going on in Canada because they don’t think it is wrong and are eager to do the same thing here. A billion guns in America means we won’t have to throw mobility scooters.

  2. Well looks like it’s our turn to show up for our beatdown. We looked at the Australians and commented (usually poorly about turning in those guns) we watched the Canadian Truckers get it as AMERICAN Tow Trucks got their 30 pieces of silver.

    You’re heading into the LAIR OF THE DRAGON, with signs and “Peaceful Protest”. Yummy said the Dragon.

    THEY OWN the Media, for all the video clips of that trampled old lady and her walker MOST Canadians think SHE HAD IT Coming.

    THAT’s the POWER of Good Media Control. I’ve NOT SEEN anything of this in American Media so DITTO.

  3. No one is under any illusions about what has happened, or at least that number is dropping rapidly. There is little one can say that will explain events in Ottawa in a way that makes everything okay again… too many cameras, too many witnesses, and too much common sense. Since events are walking like a duck, and talking like a duck, and have webbed feet and a bill, it’s unutterably foolish for the MSM to continue to insist that what you are hearing are in fact not quacks, but nasty truck horns.
    There is an enormous difference between policing and law enforcement. We just watched three weeks of the former; events only got dark when the latter was acted upon. And for No. Defensible. Reason.
    Since Parliament has not yet voted to see if this imposition passes the constitutional smell test, the thing for the police to have done was to wait until that vote was taken. Just because their actions were legal doesn’t make them right, moral, or ethical. They have now pissed away decades of public good will, for No. Defensible. Reason.
    For anyone with eyes to see, it has now become crystalline clear that our media have been shanking us all along; their professional malfeasance is now on full display, and the degree of trust in their pronouncements is collapsing. The difference between what happened and the way those events were characterized after the fact by the media is nauseating in implication. And still, it is the protesters that acted with violence, for No. Defensible. Reason.
    Handing out cookies and hugs is apparently now a key ID feature of the modern Canadian far right extremist. Calling for your freedom is a well-known sign that you are a white supremacist. The well-dressed violent terrorist will always show up to a peaceful protest unarmed.
    The greatest thing DJT ever did was to force the left to expose themselves, and for that he is blessed. In similar fashion, though the end was never in doubt, at least we now have, on full display, the truth of our government and its ideology (hopefully, the footage of the Sikh gentleman with the flag being beaten by the cops will penetrate Jagmeet Singh’s consciousness, sufficient that he will rethink his support for Justine).
    I suspect the next protests will not be quite so peaceful. And that will be a great tragedy.

  9. Fortunately the old lady only suffered a dislocated shoulder. The Canadian government, on the other hand, may suffer more. According to news I’ve seen via the TruckersGlobal channel on Telegram, she is some sort of clan head in the Mohawk nation. Of course, the person posting that could be a dog, but I like to think not.

  11. Nothing is going to happen spontaneously. There will be no collapse such that government disappears. The Left has said for decades that their plan is to collapse the economy so that people beg for socialism. It worked during the Great Depression. There is no reason to believe it won’t work again. Peasant uprisings almost always fail, and guerrilla warfare only succeeds when certain conditions are met, most/all of which are not present in the US.

    The only way out of this is to get local and state power, then use any means necessary to fend off federal overreach.

    1. He’s back. He was feeling under the weather and/or otherwise out of sorts, and just needed a sanity break. As we all should do – from time to time.
