Civil War 2.0 Weather Report: Teflon Don And The Kamala Con

“You know, I’ve always like that word, gargantuan.  I so rarely have an opportunity to use it in a sentence.” – Kill Bill, Vol. 2

I worry that the judge in Trump’s case will be too judgmental.  I can tell just by looking at him.

  1. Those who have an opposing ideology are considered evil.
  2. People actively avoid being near those of opposing ideology.  Might move from communities or states just because of ideology.
  3. Common violence. Organized violence is occurring monthly.
  4. Common violence that is generally deemed by governmental authorities as justified based on ideology.
  5. Opposing sides develop governing/war structures. Just in case.
  6. Open War.

Volume VI, Issue 4

All memes except for the clock and graphs are “as found”.  I’ve kept the Clock O’Doom at the same place – though it will notch up quickly if there are any signs of the TradRight stiffening up.

This is a moving situation, and things are changing quickly.  The advice remains.  Avoid crowds.  Get out of cities.  Now.  A year too soon is better than one day too late.

Crime and Punishment

September 18, a date that won’t live in infamy.

September 18 was the date that Donald Trump was scheduled to be sentenced for his convictions related to his paperwork issues (without an underlying crime, no less) in New York.  For the life of me, I have no idea why anyone, no matter what their politics, would ever have their company incorporated in New York.

But as I wanted to verify the sentencing date, I looked it up and found that the sentencing date had been pushed back to November 26, 2024.  The Teflon Don does it again.  This is, probably, the best thing that could have happened to him in September, and certainly the best decision Judge Juan “Not A Real American” Merchan could have made, both for himself and for Trump.

The next thing you know, black people will want their own drinking fountains.

First, why is this good for the judge?  Well, imagine having the pressure of the potential backlash of jailing the frontrunner in the election over a paperwork “violation” with no actual crime and no actual victim.  But, from his perspective, he has to live around all of the Antifa nuts that infest New York City like the unexplained cuts and bruises all over my body on the night that I discovered tequila.

No, I imagine he went to bed sweating.

Now, the sentencing will be held on November 26, 2024.

Maybe.

If Trump “loses” the election, well, Trump instantly becomes an irrelevant footnote in history.  Trump won’t be worth punishing except as a humiliation ritual against those that might emulate Trump in the future.  So, he’s probably safe from jail (where he’d be Epsteined) at least until the appeal would overturn the insane conviction.  But judges can think of other sentences that are humiliating, so I’d expect no jail time, but something that would be calibrated for just that:  humiliation.

If Trump wins the election, the prospect of jailing the president-elect of the United States becomes such a high-stakes game that I think Juan will blink and sentence him to probation for a month.  Jailing the president-elect is a de facto declaration of Civil War 2.0.  That would make a very, very long winter for New York City without electricity and gas and would result in the place looking worse than it did in Escape From New York.

I’m pretty sure HoJoFromJerz has only a tenuous grasp on that whole “separation of powers” thing.

I think, really, the only threat that Trump poses to the agenda of the GloboLeftElite is if he gets the opportunity to appoint two or three justices to the Supreme Court replacing Thomas, Alito, and maybe Sotomayor or Jackson.  Sotomayor won’t retire, but it looks like she’s pretty fond of chalupas, so, let’s call it a 10% chance that she expires.  And, although Ketanji Brown Jackson is very young at only 54, everything she’s ever said aloud makes me doubt that she is capable of understanding the warning labels on consumer products, so, there’s that.

If the GloboLeftElite really wants a United States military, they’ll have to go for Trump, in which case maybe he gets three appointments.  Otherwise, if they’re content to just run the place into the ground, who better than Kamala?

Violence and Censorship Update

Some groups just don’t want the truth to get out:

Because it’s uncomfortable, I guess:

Must be very far south in Ukraine:

And Google® really wants you to forget some things:

And when you look for Trump, you get Kamala:

And the very GloboLeftElite Governor Polis wants you to ignore this:

And a news organization won’t release news:

But everybody is in on it:

Even the newspapers (TK is short for “To Come” – a placeholder for a name, like Walz):

And the DNC treats bathrooms likes sports:

And Gavin lets the mask slip, a little:

And, this is your future on Woke:

Biden/Harris Misery Index

I’m sure vice president Zoolander can save us:

Let’s take a look to see how we’ve done this month . . . .

Yup, up again.  It’s like there’s a pattern here . . .

Updated Civil War II Index

The Civil War II graphs are an attempt to measure four factors that might make Civil War II more likely, in real time.  They are broken up into Violence, Political Instability, Economic Outlook, and Illegal Alien Crossings.  As each of these is difficult to measure, I’ve created for three of the four metrics some leading indicators that combine to become the index.  On illegal aliens, I’m just using government figures.

Violence:

Violence is up, and this should be higher given that Venezuelan gangs are turning parts of US cities into no-go zones.

Political Instability:

Up is more unstable, and it is steady, and will probably hold that way until November.

Economic:

The economy is in full juice mode for the election.

Illegal Aliens:

August is showing as down, again, since (my take) the .gov folks are just making up numbers now.

The Polls And The Vote

We’re in the last few days before the election – in two months, it will be done.

The numbers generally look well for Trump.  He’s trending well in the states he needs, and, well, he’s Trump.  This week will provide us with the ABC® debate, and if Kamala can remember the answers to the questions that she no doubt has been given, she won’t look nearly as bad as she does when she’s trying to remember anything more complicated than the combination to her phone.

She’s tried to run a campaign based on “nothing” – a Seinfeld campaign, if you will.  She now has policy positions up on her website, and those are mainly of the “I’ll be nice to you and make everything wonderful and Trump is a big meanie.”

That doesn’t matter to the voters on the GloboLeft:  Kamala could be in favor of forcing nuns to crush kittens at gunpoint to feed to orphans, and GloboLeft voters would be in favor of her.  Her major accomplishment in life to date?  Passing the bar in California on the second attempt.  That’s it.

But the major polls show a different story.  Why?

The polls simply have to show Kamala close enough in a few swing states so that the massive cheating that’s already planned for urban areas can be conducted to give her the results she needs.  That’s it.  That’s the goal.  Unless the people who did it last time are stopped, that will be the result this time, as well.  The follow up to this will be the Democrats making their (admitted) 11 million illegals (which is probably a low number by a factor of two) legal, and will cement the People’s Republic of America.

It’s very likely that “voting harder” won’t matter.  Sure, I’ll go vote, and suggest that you do, too.  But don’t be surprised when the same humiliating illegalities result in a stolen election.  That will certainly bring us much, much closer to Civil War 2.0.

But what would I know, I’m just a right-wing extremist.

  1. Thank you for writing up the latest war report.
Every day, I do not know whether to laugh for cry.. but we keep going
Either result in November will be fires looting and destruction. (- Obama’s Army
just does what it does) out of “Joy” or Anger.

  2. Great post, John! There are conflicting reports of a Tren de Aragua takeover of an apartment building in N. Dallas. I expect these takeovers to spread to other–primarily Blue–areas.

If the powers that be cover their eyes and ears and refuse to help their constituents, there ARE ways for people to fight against gangs doing these takeovers, but it’s likely to get messy in a hurry, with bystanders/other residents becoming hostages or casualties. Bad situation.

  3. “Her major accomplishment in life to date?  Passing the bar in California on the second attempt.  That’s it.”

That, and not being White or male.

  4. purty much how i see it too. I look for a blow-up by year’s end, mebbe a tad later. Why? Because there is nothing, really, left to conserve nor destroy. Just the nation itself, which is the goal of empowered globohomo.

    1. Oh, I’d say the earliest we’d see it would be next spring. 2032 was my mid point, it’s maybe sooner. Depends on the misery.

  5. In the early 90’s, Ten percent of Mexico (20 million) lived north of the border. I wouldn’t be surprised to find that 10 to 15 percent of the US population now consists of illegal aliens.

    1. IT’s way more than that. Probably 25% or more. The number always bandied about is 11 million but that’s been the same number since the mid 80’s which is ridiculous on it’s face.

It’s easily 50 to 75 million. (pop of US in 1985 was about 180 million, now it’s about 330 million). Where did that 50% increase come from?

  6. I think we need to consider the majority of crimes committed by immigrants and gangs as being “generally deemed by governmental authorities as justified based on ideology.” There is a reason that borders are wide open and large cities play “catch and release” with the supposedly “oppressed” classes, and it is because it is part of a larger war against traditional America.

  7. More than 11 million illegal aliens have invaded our formerly great nation in just the last 3 years.
The total is well over 40 million, and quite probably over 50 million.

  8. The odds of Jumanji Brown getting caught in a ceiling fan or some other Looney Tunes level hilarious accident are significant so her seat is far from secure.

  9. “….pretty soon (they’ll) want their own drinking fountains.”

They did back in the 60s. But they were labeled “White” & “Colored” in Mississippi.

    1. I vividly remember pulling my little sister away from a Colored fountain and towards the White fountain when we were in the lobby of the paper mill where Daddy worked when we were there to pick up his paycheck. She couldn’t read and I could. I wasn’t sure what would have happened if Colored water had touched her lips, but I knew it would be Bad and I would be in Trouble if I let it happen. Daddy was a big believer in that spare rod / spoil child stuff. Bless his heart.

My grandfather ran a very popular barber shop and had Sam the Shoeshine Boy running a chair in the corner. Sam read Superman comics just like I did. Yet somehow I knew I was not to ask to read them or even strike up a conversation with Sam about them. Which made me sad. Funny how much knowledge got transferred to kids by osmosis in the South back then.

And here in the intervening decades I thought we had made significant progress towards race relations in America. Silly me.

  10. The people that have been hurt the worst by the policies of the regime and the uniparty are those on the bottom rungs of society – namely the minorities in the blue hives.

I have seen at least a couple dozen videos of minorities in said hives asking what they think of the candidates and who they are voting for and they are very candid about both and why. Compared to today they had it made under Trump, and across the board they are suffering under the regime. The unleashing of the illegals and their preferential Anarcho-Tyranny pawn ‘goodies and free passes’ are an infuriating fuel on the fire. It’s ‘in your face’ to the minorities in the blue hives. Everyday. Harris doesn’t stand a chance.

There very well may be rioting by Trump voters when they try to steal this in the blue hives again. And it very well may those used and discarded ex-regime pets doing it. That’s right – black and latino voters in blue hives who can’t keep their heads above water are the more likely ‘we ain’t takin’ this shit anymore!’ taking up the pitchforks and torches against the regime and uniparty (in the very blue hives they thought were their ‘strongholds’) crowds. Not rednecks in flyover, minorities in the blue hives.

Bold theory and claim, I know.

But as someone who clawed their way off those rungs, I know desperation. And what having hope taken away does to people living like that.

  11. John, good on you for noting that your report is constrained by the numbers released by GOV. Lots of evidence they are bold-faced lying with the numbers. This means that your estimate of the misery index is low.

Rasmussen’s estimate of unemployment is 2x the “official” BLS number at 8.4%. That equals a lot of misery. Ras’s numbers are based on actually asking people. BLS had a major write-down of jobs for the end of 2023. Their same useless method is used in the values for the first half of 2024, so another big write-down is expected. And as Adino notes above, the big blue cities are in worse shape than average.

Perhaps you have heard of the Sahm recession predictor. It is a simple rule that compares the most recent 3-month avg of unemployment to the previous year’s minimum unemployment. A value greater than 0.50% indicates a recession. It had some false positives. Pascal Michaillat and Emmanuel Saez have recently released a modification. This rule includes an estimate of the job vacancy rate, which counts the number of active job postings. A nice summary is available at:
    https://mishtalk.com/economics/key-recession-indicator-gives-stronger-recession-signal-in-august/
Depending on what value of the indicator that is picked, the recession might have started in April. So the misery index is underestimating reality due to GOV distortions.

And the FED would not be considering (signaling) a rate drop (and a big one) if they did not see the economy headed into the crapper. Some of the regional heads of FED have noted that GOV numbers are junk.

Of course John, we are pulling for you. Please continue the excellent work you do.

    1. Thank you! I hadn’t heard of that predictor. I used to be a Shedlock reader, but, time. All of the .gov numbers are junk – they say what the GloboLeftElite need them to say.

      Again, thank you.

  12. Your criticisms of the globo-leftist-totalitarians are both astute and drolly entertaining. No wonder your web presence appears to be invisiblized and ghosted in various ways. Keep on keeping on.
