Schlitz® and Shot Puts: The Lost Art of Failing

“For the genetic elite, success is attainable, but not guaranteed.” – Gattaca

I heard women are now allowed to join the SAS.  Thank heavens!  There’s no way those lads should be making their own sandwiches.

When I was a kid, life was a buffet of possibilities with a chocolate sauce fountain at the end.  I should know, because I was that greedy little guy piling my plate high with everything from wrestling to chess club to that four ill-fated years of track where I learned that that shot put was never going to go farther than 38’.

Ever.

But it wasn’t just me.  Back in the ‘70s and ‘80s and ‘90s, all of childhood was a sandbox—room to dig, build, and occasionally eat the sand just to see what happened.  Hell, in the 1970s I don’t think mothers stopped smoking while in labor, and then let their kids go free-range until the police brought them home from the kegger at the old gravel pit.  They said I was full of Schlitz®, but I would have differed if I didn’t keep passing out.

An original ad.  Back when ads were based.  And, probably a good enough cook for the SAS.

Outside of cheap watery beer, as a kid I could try everything, suck at half of it, and still have time to ride bikes with my buddies.  I mean, they were imaginary friends, but at least they would stop staring at me when I yelled at them, “stop staring at me”.

The point is, I had time.  Time to dabble, freedom to fail, and a real chance to struggle to find out what made John Wilder tick (spoiler:  booze, tobacco, and women).  I could dream of being an astronaut one week a Green Beret the next, and James Bond the week after.  No one demanded that I pick a lane and stay there, probably because they were too busy smoking and drinking and driving. For me, though, failure was a teacher, not a felony.

Kids today?

They’re not at a buffet.  They forced to pick their entrée at 12 and commit to it like terrier hangs onto a T-bone.

I remember a conversation with a colleague back in Houston, circa 2010.  His daughter, still in middle school, had to choose: volleyball, softball, or tennis.  One single sport, full commitment, no take-backs.

When his girlfriend asked if he was trans, he got so mad that he packed her stuff and left.

This wasn’t just signing up for the school team and seeing how it went.  This meant off-season practices, traveling squads, private coaching, and summer clinics that cost more than my first car.  All this for a kid who, statistically, had a better shot at being struck by lightning than playing at the college level.  In Houston’s mega-sized high schools (the nearest one had 5,000 kids and a football stadium that could shame a small college) only the top 1% even make the team.

The rest?  They’re sidelined, their dreams of spiking a volleyball or swinging a bat relegated to backyard pickup games, if they’re lucky.

Why this insanity? Two culprits: economics and elite overproduction.

First, economics.

Big school districts love their mega-schools.  They’re cheaper per pupil to run, since they have fewer buildings, fewer janitors, more bang for the bureaucratic buck.  Plus, a 5,000-student high school can field a football team that crushes smaller districts and draws 20,000 fans to a stadium that makes my college’s stadium look like a community rec center field for third graders.  In Texas, high school football isn’t a sport; it’s a religion, though they do have better concessions.

But our high school coach wanted us to have a small ghost.  He said he wanted us to show a little team spirit.

And it pays:  Bigger schools mean bigger revenue, bigger crowds, and bigger bragging rights for state titles, but you still only need 45 uniforms and helmets.

The second culprit is trickier:  elite overproduction.

Historian Peter Turchin (who I’ve written about before HERE) points out that societies often churn out more “elites” than they can sustain—too many people vying for too few top spots, whether in politics, business, or, yes, even high school sports.  We see it in our polarized Congress and bloated corporate C-suites, so why not in our kids’ lives?

Parents, schools, and even kids themselves feel the pressure to produce not just good students or athletes but exceptional ones.

The result of this is catastrophic.  It has produced a generation of tweens locked into one sport, one instrument, or one hyper-specialized path, all in the name of building a résumé for elite colleges that demand “well-rounded” applicants who’ve paradoxically had no time to be well-rounded.  Or, you know, they could just have a great DEI score.

Whatever.

Dogs have masters.  Cats have staff.

For the average kid, the stress this creates is brutal.  Kids today face schedules that would make a CEO sweat.  A 14-year-old might have 6 a.m. weight training, school, after-school practice, and a side hustle of “personal development” like SAT prep or violin lessons.

Free time?

That’s for quitters.

Social life?

Catch up on InstaFace® between reps.

The mental toll is real:   you can look around and see kids today are drowning in depression and hopelessness.  Part of this, I’d argue, comes from a life without failure.  Most kids in Houston won’t lose a football game or a wrestling match or a basketball game.  They’ll go and watch, sure, but they don’t get a chance to actually fail.  Without learning that failure is really an option and that tomorrow is another day, every little setback in their life feels like a catastrophe.

Without challenges that force them to fail, adapt, and push through, they hit adulthood brittle, unprepared for real-world setbacks.  I lost at sports in ways that made me want to cry when I was in high school.  I didn’t cry because I’m not gay, but I learned that I could get up in the morning after losing and see that I was still there.  My loss was temporary, but it really did help build may character.  Today’s kids, locked into elite tracks or locked out of actual competition, often don’t face meaningful failure until it’s high-stakes.

By then, the stakes are too high to learn gracefully.  They need safe spaces to crash and burn, like a JV wrestling match where you get pinned by a kid whose armpit smells like grape soda and Cheetos® or a debate club where your argument flops harder than a fish on a dock.

After the Little Rascals finished, Buckwheat became moslem and is now known as Kareem O’Wheat.

When we moved away from Houston’s mega-schools to Modern Mayberry, we did it mainly to escape this madness.  Our kids could try things.  They didn’t have to be the best to play, and they had room to fail without it defining their future or collapsing their ego.

That freedom let them discover who they were, not who a coach or a college admissions board thought they should be.  They’ve learned that the struggle is the goal.

Well, that and the booze, tobacco, and women.

Civil War 2.0 Weather Report: The Rising Fire

“That was Police Commissioner Jacobs, who just arrived on the scene here of a 4-alarm fire that broke out an hour ago.” – Fight Club

What did the terrorists use to burn down the ecommerce warehouse?  Amazon® Kindle™.

  1. Those who have an opposing ideology are considered evil.
  2. People actively avoid being near those of opposing ideology.  Might move from communities or states just because of ideology.
  3. Common violence. Organized violence is occurring monthly.
  4. Common violence that is generally deemed by governmental authorities as justified based on ideology.
  5. Opposing sides develop governing/war structures. Just in case.
  6. Open War.

Volume VII, Issue 3

Most memes except for the clock and graphs are “as found”.  I have kept the Clock O’Doom to 8., given the events in Los Angeles.  As I predicted, the GloboLeft would likely try to turn up the heat as things warmed up.  Racial tension is exceptionally high now, and can lead to violence in a heartbeat.  Beware: it can climb quickly.  Right now (as of publishing) we are dropping below Level Rittenhouse and it looks like we avoided Level Rooftop Korean.  For now.

My advice remains.  Avoid crowds.  Get out of cities.  Now.  A year too soon is better than one day too late.

The Fire Rises

Ballina (in the County Mayo) is up in the northeast part of Ireland.  It’s a small town of less than 11,000 souls, and has been continuously occupied for at least 4,000 years, all of those years by the Irish.

A rumor that a public housing project under construction in town was being built to house “immigrants” to Ireland was all it took – and the construction project was burned down.  The local government claims that it wasn’t for immigrants at all, rather it was for elderly residents.

But the location had no elevators, no outside parking spaces for emergencies or caregivers, and no place that a visiting nurse could park.  And also no parking for the residents.  Which certainly sounds to me like it would be for housing imported diversity.

Regardless of the truth, it got burned down.

And, in the U.K., there have been “widespread” riots led by what the newspapers call “far-right”.  What is far-right in the U.K.?  People who don’t want their country invaded and conquered by foreigners.  People who want the U.K. to be filled with and run by Englishmen, Welshmen, and Scots are also part of this far-right.

When a country gets to this point, when the stresses finally build up so that there is open violence, it won’t be just in one country.  On July 16, a mosque that was two days away from becoming a worship site in Catalonia (Spain) when it went up in flames.  On purpose.

As people get emboldened in one country, this will spread to others.  Europe has higher unemployment, and I’d expect that as misery increases, the violence against foreigners will as well, especially as the foreigners are reaching the proportion of population where they feel fine telling the Actual English that it was their responsibility to serve the foreigners, and that the foreigners would rule them.

We’ve seen similar here in the United States, where we had the spectacle of GloboLeftists protesting ICE arresting underage children in California harvesting illegal drugs (marijuana).

As the pushback continues, it will grow, and that’s why there is a desperate effort to keep the lid on the protests that are taking place as the invaders are named.  Expect more fires everywhere as this movement grows.

Oh, Canada, are you okay with this?

Violence and Censorship Update

Violence comes back to the forefront this month, first as ICE gets shot at (expect much more of this – this isn’t the only case.

Then as people attempting to abduct children are turned back out onto the streets because they’re too stupid to understand crime.

In what would send me straight to UK prison, an “elite” group of cops are now looking for badthink across social media.

And in Cincinnati, two are beaten.  And the media is silent.  Because?  It’s a story that doesn’t support the narrative that mainstream wants to discuss.

Speaking of the narrative – mainstream news only focuses on stories it wants you to think about, and ignores people getting fired at Microsoft™ so that they can be replaced by H-1B Indians.

Epstein.  This one isn’t going away, even though my guess is that the files aren’t even in the United States anymore.

Banning books is bad, says banned books group.  Except the books they want banned?

And I’m sure that they’d support this woman if they banned her book:

Misery Index

The new Trump administration is shown in red.  Results continue to be much better than Biden’s misery numbers as Trump’s policies apparently have been stunning at reversing the tide.  We’ll see.

Updated Civil War II Index

The Civil War II graphs are an attempt to measure four factors that might make Civil War II more likely, in real time.  They are broken up into Violence, Political Instability, Economic Outlook, and Illegal Alien Crossings.  As each of these is difficult to measure, I’ve created for three of the four metrics some leading indicators that combine to become the index.  On illegal aliens, I’m just using government figures.

Violence:

Violence indicators are down slightly this month.  I think, in order to make it into the public consciousness, something big will have to happen.

Political Instability:

Down is more stable, and it went up (more unstable) this month.  Thankfully, a judge has realized that she is more important than Congress and the President in deciding funding.

Economic:

The economy is up a bit this month, again.  But if you want to see a list of people who want to replace you with cheaper labor, here’s a list:

Illegal Aliens:

Still the lowest level since the Weather Report started.  Here’s a reminder that not every politician with an “R” is your friend.

The Turn

Stephen Colbert was funny when he wasn’t political, about 20 years ago.  Now?

He’s fired.

That’s good.  He was nothing more than an emotional propagandist for the GloboLeftElite.  His show, according to CBS, won’t be replaced.  The reason?  It loses $42 million a year.  A puppet show done by talented middle schoolers would be more entertaining and probably would make a lot more profit.

Perhaps he can add his estrogen-dripped sweat to The View.  Oh, The View?  It’s not cancelled, but it is on its usual summer hiatus.  Well, one can hope.

But people in government are being fired, and their positions aren’t being replaced.  Over 150,000 workers are being let go.  Many won’t be replaced.  One that will be replaced, probably, is James Comey’s daughter, Maureen, who was working as an attorney for the Justice Department.

I’d show a picture of her, but she’s not pretty and this meme is funny.

Since James Comey was probably involved in cooking up fake things about Trump, it’s not horribly surprising that they’re going after his daughter, especially since she has Maxwell, P-Diddy, and Epstein all over her.  But that’s probably not bad when compared to the possibility of her father going to jail for pushing the famous Steele dossier.

Also good.

But what we’re seeing is a fight between elites, and these are just the relatively rare casualties on the GloboLeft side.  This is a war that’s been going on for a while – why was Tucker Carlson fired?  This same war between Team A and Team B.  This is actually a sign that the split is getting worse, and the elites are still fighting.

But I’m enjoying it.

Wilder’s Fables: Killing The Goose That Laid The Golden Egg

“Oh, yeah, call the police.  Tell them about the Spear of Destiny, the golden goose, the lost Ark.  Enjoy your stay in the psych ward.  I understand Thorazine® comes in vanilla now.” – The Librarian:  Quest for the Spear

I bought one of my friend an elephant statue for his front room.  He said, “Thanks.”  I said, “Don’t mention it.”

In the OG version of The Goose That Laid the Golden Egg, (the OG version of which is pushing 2600 years old) a greedy farmer finds a goose that pops out golden eggs, but instead of chilling with the steady bling, yo, he decides to open up the bird for a quick jackpot despite the goose giving him a new golden egg each day.  Shockingly, there is no gold mine inside.  Just goose guts.  And a lesson no one ever seems to pay attention to.

In 1945, the West stood astride the world like an economic Applebee’s® with endless appetizers, its factories humming and the treasury brimming with gold.  Literal gold, and some of it was even ours – I’ll skip my usual grumbling about FDR’s confiscation for another post.  Some of the gold wasn’t, it was gold from our allies that had been given to the United States for safekeeping.  Because, panzers.

But America was a far greater treasure than all the gold in the country.  America at that time was the goose of golden prosperity.  The United States was responsible for half of the world’s GDP, its assembly lines spitting out cars, steel, washers, sinks, and dreams of a better future.  Add in the allies?  It was a clear three-quarters of the world GDP, with only the Soviet Union, still bulging from the war steroids it took for a decade, being close.

And there’s not a big market for a used T-34/76.  “One owner, very nice.  Ignore red stains, please.  Last owner not so careful at Kursk.”

Capitalists have it easy.  They never have to spell bourgeoisie.  (meme as found)

Allies flocked to the Western orbit.  Some were spooked by the hordes of Soviet tanks, others were nudged by CIA coups, and then nudged again until they got it right.  Most, however, was because Uncle Sam’s deal of bikinis and bourbon was sweeter than a Moscow winter and a Siberian GULAG.  It was an empire, but it was an empire of alliance.

Fast forward to today.

The Soviets are long gone, and the goose isn’t dead, but it’s close.

The economy has been slowly strangled by a combination of bad policies and worse ideas, and none are deadlier than mass immigration.

To be clear:  the wealth of the West wealth was no accident – things that produce wealth aren’t illiterate laborers, pools of oil, or uncut trees.  Nope.  The wealth producer, the golden goose was culture, not what Vox Day so eloquently described as “magic dirt.”  By killing the goose, our future is becoming bleaker, and the GloboLeft is cheering the downfall.

Bruce Lee was fast, but his older brother Su-den was even faster.

The golden age peaked post-World War II, and the United States had a 20-year head start on the rest of the world while Europe and Asia rebuilt from rubble.

By 1973, though, the United States began to falter economically.

This wasn’t entirely from external foes, but at least partially from our own hands.

Four factors gutted the goose:

  • dumping the gold standard,
  • feminizing the workforce,
  • enforcing affirmative action, and
  • opening borders to unrelenting immigration.

The first three wounded us; the last is the mortal blow, changing our people, our culture, and our wealth.  Let’s discuss the carnage.

  • Dumping the Gold Standard (1971):  Nixon’s pen stroke cut the dollar loose from gold, turning money into Monopoly® paper.  Oh, wait, there’s a limit to how much Monopoly© cash they can print.  The median home price in 1973 was $32,500.  Today, it’s $412,300.  Without gold’s anchor, our wealth’s a mirage, and the goose’s eggs are plastic.
  • Feminization of the Workforce:  The 1970s pushed women into offices, doubling labor supply but halving family focus.  Birth rates tanked—2.1 kids per woman in 1973, 1.6 in 2023.  Empty cradles mean fewer Actual American workers, and less innovation from the best workforce on Earth.  The GloboLeft calls it “empowerment” when a woman has to leave the home for fifty hours a week in order to afford to pay for another woman to ignore her child by becoming a cubical Karen.  Go figure.

I have a new personal record in the 100-yard dash.  I’m up to 47 yards.  (meme as found)

  • Affirmative Action (Duke Power, 1971, for example):  Forcing quotas over competence, the Supreme Court’s decision diluted merit.  Companies hired to check boxes, not build bridges.  A 2022 study found 30% of firms reported lower productivity post-DEI mandates.  30%.  If diversity is our strength, I’m not sure who “our” refers to when we’re forced to play diversity bingo.
  • Mass Immigration: Here’s the killing blow. Since 1973, legal and illegal immigration flooded the West.  There were 2.5 million border crossings in 2024 alone and those are the numbers that they’ll admit to, which we know are low.  Now add in the Islamification of Europe, where France is nearly a Caliphate and the Germans keep going to work in order to pay for the illegals that flocked to them.  Most don’t integrate.  Imagine the farce:   Mexican banners at California ICE protests where they tried to stop ICE from arresting underage illegals busy in the process of harvesting illegal (federally) marijuana.  Can we be honest and just admit that immigration is not at all about joining the West, it’s about exploiting it.

Imagine, it only took 44 hours for the police to completely clear Martha’s Vineyard of illegals. (meme as found)

Immigration, though, is the dealbreaker because it changes the people.  And everything is downstream of who the people are:  culture, politics, and even PEZ®.

In 1973, a near-minimum-wage earner could buy a median home for $32,500, which was about five times the average annual wage.   Today, that median home costs a stunning $412,300, ten times the average wage.

Why? Illegals depress wages.  Back in 1973, a high school grad could pull a great job in construction.  But even since 1990, construction wages have dropped 15% in real terms.

Illegals also drain services: illegal immigration costs taxpayers $150 billion annually (FAIR 2024), siphoning wealth like a cuckoo bird stealing the nest for its own young rather than for those that built it in the first place.

If it takes a village to raise a child, I guess it takes a vineyard to raise a cat? (meme as found)

The GloboLeft insists “diversity is our strength,” but Pew’s 2019 study shows diverse communities have less trust.  Many immigrants—legal or not—don’t assimilate and have no desire to assimilate.  Ever.  Many (not all!) second and third-generation Mexicans in California wave foreign flags because they’re only here for the gold, not the goose and, in fact, despise the goose.

Meanwhile, families, the nucleus of Western civilization, struggle.  Low wages and high costs mean fewer kids—Europe’s at 1.5 fertility, which means that, pretty soon, the Swedish Bikini Team™ will have mustaches and be wearing burkas.  As we often repeat, the future is there for those who show up.

The West’s prosperity had nothing to do with luck.  It was culture.

Discipline, merit, family, forged in Athens, Rome, and 1930s Detroit. The GloboLeft’s dogma remains one based in hate for the West:  open borders, DEI, and reviling of every bit of the culture that creates wealth.

They’d rather pluck the goose than protect it, and be happy with the result.

But the goose isn’t dead yet.

Bleeding?  Yes.

In a state that’s getting worse every day?  Also yes.

Is it worse than most people think?  Absolutely.  It is a dire point we find ourselves at.

But one thing I’ve seen when I read about Western Civilization is this:  every time it looks bleak, and it looks like the flame of what we stand for is in danger of getting extinguished, people become firm and take that stand.  And we win because we’re fighting, at the core, not for an economic idea but for the Truth, the Beautiful, and the Good.

I think, in part, it’s because it’s not magic dirt.  It’s in us, and this rallying from near defeat is what makes us who we are, what drives us to make civilizations, to make the golden goose, again and again.

You know, that even inspires me.  Almost gives me goose bumps.

The Emperor’s Old Lies: Breaking The Programming With Bikini Pic

“How will the emperor maintain control without the bureaucracy?” – Star Wars

I remember a few years ago when the school called me and said my son had been telling lies.  “Tell him he’s pretty good, because all of my kids have graduated.”

The Emperor’s New Clothes is an 1837 very short fable written by Hans Christian Anderson, and I’ll give a quick reminder of what the story is about, since if you’re like me, third grade was a long time ago, even if I had to repeat it three times.

In a kingdom obsessed with dressing like a Kardashian on crack, Emperor Vain McFancypants struts around changing his outfit ever hour.  Yet, he’s craving the ultimate outfit.

Enter two shady tailors who decide that there is money to be made here.  They tell the emperor that they can make the ultimate outfit for him, something that would make Madonna blush.  Not only that, but the clothes are so finely woven that they’d be invisible to dumb people.

They “weave” invisible fabric, and the emperor, too proud to admit he sees nothing, agrees that it looks great.  His court, a bunch of yes-men terrified of looking as dumb as a host on The View, rave about the nonexistent outfit.  The tailors mime stitching, cutting, and fitting, while the emperor is basically walking around in his royal skivvies.

Deciding that everyone deserves to see this new outfit, the Emperor decides to have a parade so people can see how cool his new threads are.  Come parade day, he struts through town, buck-naked but confident, flexing for the crowd.  Townsfolk, brainwashed by hype and not wanting to look stupid, cheer like it’s the return of Elvis.

How do the seven dwarves welcome Snow White?  “Heigh Ho.”

But then, a kid, immune to nonsense, yells, “Why is the emperor walking around naked?  It’s not a good look, dad.”  The crowd gasps, realizing they’ve been simping for a streaker.  The emperor, red-faced but committed, keeps posing, and pretending because he doesn’t see a way out.

Imagine attending a company training session filled with bobbleheads from HR.  One of them opens up with “diversity is our strength.”

A lone man raises his hand and says, “Actually, studies show diverse communities have less trust.”

Silence.

Then gasps.  Someone faints.  The HR bobblehead sputters, “That’s not in the script!”

Welcome to the Emperor’s New Lies.  Here, objective truth is banned, and the narrative is supported at all costs, since without believing that the weavers of the narrative are infallible, everyone will see that the GloboLeft is more naked than Charity over at stage three.

Boy, the GloboLeft has really lost the plot – it’s now more offensive to talk about getting into Sydney Sweeney’s genes than about getting into her jeans.

What is their great effort?  The GloboLeft and GloboLeftElite have spent decades weaving lies about race, diversity, and culture and even denying that the Truth, Beauty, and Good exist.  Thankfully, Truth, Beauty, and Good can’t be stopped no matter how many HR manuals they throw at it.

The GloboLeft’s playbook is straight from Hans Christian Andersen.  They’ve ruled objective reality off-limits.  The game is simple:

  • deny the truth,
  • deflect the evidence,
  • obscure the problem,
  • then 404 their brains when cornered and forced to confront that The Narrative is a lie.

Let’s talk about something simple and non-controversial:  black-on-white violence.

FBI’s 2023 crime stats don’t lie: blacks, 13% of the U.S. population, commit 54% of murders.  Black-on-white violent crime is 15 times higher than white-on-black, per DOJ’s 2019 data.

  • Step one: GloboLeft denies it. “Crime’s colorblind!” they scream, ignoring the numbers.
  • Step two: when you shove the stats in their face, they say, “Data doesn’t show a problem.”
  • Step three: when you pin them down, they wave hands— “It’s systemic racism! We need to solve the root cause!” Never mind we’ve spent $33 trillion since LBJ’s Great Society, with black poverty rates barely budging (12.3% in 1965, 11.6% in 2023).
  • Step four: they 404—mental shutdown, change the subject, ban the badthinker from the Internet because they think every pit bull is the same as a poodle.

Every pistol looks like it’s Austrian to me.  My doctor said I have Glock-oma.

But, this isn’t just about race.  It’s the GloboLeft script for every inconvenient truth:

“Diversity is our strength”: Pew’s 2019 study says diverse communities have lower social cohesion and trust. Homogeneous societies like Japan score higher on happiness. Yet the GloboLeft pushes open borders, forced classroom integration, and ensuring that everyone has the right to be near white people, ignoring the chaos.

“White people are racist”:  A 2021 YouGov poll found Western countries (U.S., UK) are the least racist globally—Asians and Africans score higher on bias.  But, the GloboLeft calls anyone who notices a bigot.

“Whites are the majority”: Whites are barely 8% of the global population, yet built modern science, literature, industry, programming and, yes, PEZ©.  The GloboLeft ignores this, painting whites as oppressors.

I’m writing a book about Nordic cultures, but I don’t know if I’ll make it to the Finnish.

“Women have no disadvantage in sports”: Transgender men dominate women’s sports whenever they compete against real women.  “Lia” Thomas won the NCAA swimming title in 2022, despite swimming that would be mediocre for a male. Biology is real, but the GloboLeft calls it transphobic.

“No biological intelligence differences exist”: Decades of IQ studies (e.g., Herrnstein & Murray, 1994) show consistent group differences, shaped by 70,000 years of differential adaptation in every climate on the planet.  And, the GloboLeft would say that the only thing that was exactly the same across humans everywhere is the brain.

“Whites aren’t native to the U.S.”:  A Muslim born in London to Pakistani parents claims “native British” status, but whites born in America aren’t?  The GloboLeft says only brown people get homelands.

Where’s the capital of Zimbabwe?  In a Swiss bank account.

“All cultures are equal”:  If so, why do millions flee India, Mexico, and Nigeria for the West? Transparency International’s 2024 Corruption Index ranks them 93, 126, 145 out of 180.  I guess the West’s not perfect, but it’s also not Lagos.

The GloboLeft’s narrative isn’t about truth—it’s about control.  They need you to buy the Emperor’s invisible clothes to keep power.  Admitting black crime stats, diversity’s costs, or biological realities risks their house of cards.  So they lie, deflect, and allow their brains to lock up, hoping you’ll shut up.

Why?

Because the West is built on the True, the Beautiful, and the Good.  From Athens’ logic to Edison’s bulb, we thrived by facing reality.  The GloboLeft has a different dogma where there is no objective reality.  This crumbles under scrutiny.  They’ve spent $33 trillion on “root causes” since 1965, yet crime is up, trust is down, and borders are sieves.  Their narrative is a scam, like selling a VCR in 2025 and calling it cutting-edge.

A 2024 Rasmussen poll found 68% of Americans reject “diversity is strength”:  they now see the Emperor’s old lies for what they are.  Gen Z’s waking up, especially the boys, sharing memes that cut through The Narrative.  Every stat, every study, every viral post chips away at their narrative.

The West’s waking up, and it’s not asking permission.  And it’s not pretending to see clothes that aren’t there.

The People’s Sick Day™: Commies . . . Not Working. Again.

“Uh, yeah, sure, no I’d be happy to, yeah you, uh, you just produce a corpse, and uh, I’ll release Sloane.  I wanna see this dead grandmother first hand.” – Ferris Bueller’s Day Off

If I take LSD before a vision exam, I always pass with flying colors.

In one of the more interesting moves, the remnants of the pot-addled hippies that were protesting in the 1960s have emerged from their Volkswagen™ camper vans and finally figured out that Jerry Garcia is as dead as Hubert Humphrey and the Equal Rights Amendment.  They looked around, and decided that, heck, there wasn’t near enough communism going around, so they needed more.

Their cunning plan?  A three-day sick day.  When is it going to happen?  Sometime.  They don’t want to say when, because they don’t want The Man to know.  The idea isn’t for them to show how little the world needs all the communists who have jobs in HR or making PowerPoints™ so they can pay someone to ignore their out-of-wedlock child (if they’re lucky) or cats (if they’re not).

Nope, that’s not it at all.

The idea is to point out who they are so that they’ll be easier to recognize in the future.  As if the blue hair and nose rings, “gender dysphoria” or pronouns in their bios weren’t enough.

What do you call a polygamous hippie’s wives?  One Mrs. Hippie, Two Mrs. Hippie, . . .

I digress.

Thankfully, on their Discord© server they have a list of their demands, and, a professional journalist waded through the GloboLeftist coping and seething and published them on MSNBC®(LINK).  This is good, because the demands are so cringe that it’s hardly sporting to make fun of them.  But I will, because I’m hardly sporting.

Why don’t I have PTSD?  I’m the traumatic event.

I’ll list their demand (The People’s Sick Day™ Totally Stupid Demand, or PTSD), and my counter-demand (Wilder Talking Facts, or WTF):

PTSD:  Calling for the impeachment, removal, and arrest of Donald John Trump and the Republican administration for knowingly manipulating the U.S. stock market, ignoring the U.S. Constitution, trafficking humans, and destroying our federal workforce. HE IS A CRIMINAL! LOCK HIM UP.

WTF:  What happens in 2028 when Trump runs for his third term is no longer the face of the opposition?  Who will drive them insane with hate?  Regardless, my reasonable response is:  No.

PTSD:  Demanding HANDS OFF Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, SNAP, and veterans’ benefits

WTF:  No.  Most of SNAP should go.  Most of Medicaid (not all) should go.  Social Security should be phased out with the kids below 30 so that they don’t have an excuse to complain when the whole thing falls over.  Also, eliminate Social Security on half of Americans based on birth year.  Heads, eliminate odd years.  Tails, eliminate even years.  Just for giggles and it would be fun to watch the chaos.

Moses was also the first person to use CTRL-C as a shortcut.

PTSD:  Demanding the removal of caps on Social Security

WTF:  Do the checks really come with hats?

PTSD:  Demanding NO MORE tax breaks for the rich — TAX THEM ALL!

WTF:  Yes!  Tax everyone!  Tax everyone at the exact same rate for ALL income at 20%.  Then everyone has skin in the game.  And, make sure that people are taxed with on an Alternative Minimum Income:  The minimum people are taxed is based on the federal minimum wage and if you can’t pay we deport you to Australia, for old times’ sake.

PTSD:  Demanding an end to unlimited corporate profits and economic injustice

WTF:  I demand an end to economic progress and creation of worldwide famine.  See?  I said exactly the same thing, but with way fewer words.

PTSD:  Demanding an end to lobbyist and SUPER PAC funding

WTF:  Nice try, since you own the media.  No.  My counter?  I demand that CNN® be forced to feature nothing but things I’ve written.  I mean, I guess I could stand for less exposure than I have now, but it’s a different audience – the CNN® crowd can’t read.

PTSD:  Demanding the elimination of Citizens United

WTF:  Man, panties are sure in a wad that they can’t stack the game, aren’t they?

PTSD:  Demanding an increase in the federal minimum wage to $20 an hour, with adjustments for inflation as needed

WTF:  Make it $100 an hour.  No, $1,000 an hour.  No, $10,000 an hour.  See, you can joke, and I can, too.  And there won’t be inflation, because only gold and silver will be money.

What’s the hardest part of making a vegan pizza?  Catching the vegan.

PTSD:  Demanding a cap on CEO pay at no more than 35% above the lowest worker’s salary

WTF:  Welcome to not understanding what a contract worker is or what nested corporations are.  Do they give you guys Crayons™ and a placemat to color on your Discord©?

PTSD:  Demanding that wages for elected officials be capped at the median salary of their district

WTF:  Sold.  And no investments, either – they can only keep cash and they must rent, and this includes wages and investments for their extended family.  AOC goes back to being a barista because it pays more.

PTSD:  Demanding caps on rent, grocery, and insurance costs

WTF:  Agreed.  I demand unicorns as well, because they’d be good company as I lived on the street with no food or insurance.

PTSD:  Demanding universal healthcare for all U.S. citizens and federal protection for sick time

WTF:  I demand zero insurance for anyone and federal prosecution for anyone who starts an insurance company.  I demand that anyone who takes a sick day from work without being near death be flogged if they don’t get away with it.  Just kidding, like anyone will have a job if the PTSD proposals are enacted.

That dog looks like a brrrrito.

PTSD:  Demanding term limits for all members of Congress and the U.S. Supreme Court

WTF:  Yes to Congress and no to SCOTUS.  I would like treason charges for judges that violate the Constitution, and judges to be put in prison if someone they let out without bail injures anyone.  And the robes should be form-fitting.  For . . . reasons.

PTSD:  Demanding reform of immigration policies

WTF:  Agreed!  Send them all home.  All of them.  Now.

PTSD:  Demanding gun law reform — PROTECT OUR KIDS!

WTF:  Agreed!  Mail order machine guns and crew-served weapons, which are much more suited for children because they can work together to get that Ma Deuce warmed up.  Besides, the hands of children are small and they generally have good eyesight, so field stripping an M60 should be a breeze.

PTSD:  Demanding codified women’s rights to choose

WTF:  You mean paper or plastic?  It’s a stretch because I don’t trust the collective choices of women, but I’ll allow it.

PTSD:  Demanding codified DEI and affirmative action

WTF:  You mean penalties for having DEI and affirmative action?  I’m in favor of that, and maybe you can talk me into making it a felony.

PTSD:  Demanding the elimination of the Electoral College and a ban on gerrymandering

WTF:  No.

PTSD:  Demanding ranked-choice voting in all federal and state elections

WTF:  No.  Counter-demand:  no voting until the family has been in the country for three generations, and one vote per family (mother/father, married).  Otherwise, votes for military-aged males only.

PTSD:  Demanding the taxation of mega-churches

WTF:  And the taxation of micro-churches.  And commie non-profits.  And NPR® – those tote bags cause cancer.

My friend Gomez has a dismembered hand.  I guess it’s okay, but it’s not my Thing.

PTSD:  Demanding free post-secondary education

WTF:  Only for students with an ACT of above 30 majoring in engineering, physics, or math who maintain a 3.5 GPA.  And not fake engineering like “engineering tech” or fake astrophysics like “astronomy”.  Real engineering.  Real physics.

Okay, that about does it.  Since I’ve solved all of those problems, I guess I’ll go back to work.

Take a sick day?  I ain’t got time to bleed.

Caste Over Competence: Globalism Is Economic Suicide

“India’s a black hole.” – World War Z

How many Indians does it take to change a lightbulb?  Sixteen.  Fourteen to argue about whose responsibility it is, one to explain that lightbulbs are better in India and invented by Indians, and one to call the power plant to tell it to reboot because it must be a software issue. (all memes “as-found”)

Picture a world where kids in Bangladesh sew soccer balls for pennies (whatever a penny was), and some goatherder in Albania is working at a factory cranking out VCRs.  VCRs, like it’s 1985 and I’m renting Back to the Future from Blockbuster®.  I kid.  Albania doesn’t even have electricity yet.

But that’s the flavor of globalism’s siren song that leads economies to doom:  anything can be made anywhere, as long as the price is dirt cheap.  I’ve heard the refrain, even in the comments here:  “If you complain about competing against Albaniaks and Bangladeshites, well, you’re a commie that doesn’t believe in capitalism.”

If the goal of capitalism was to serve itself, well, then yes.  It’s a battle of all against all, and whoever can outbreed the next country to lower the cost of (spins wheel) designer purses should make them.

I mean, it sounds great for your wallet, right?

Wrong.  This is a strategy for hollowing out the West’s economy, stripping our skills, and handing our jobs to foreigners who don’t play by our rules at all, transforming our country into Albania on the Atlantic.  Globalism is not just bad economics, it’s a betrayal of the West.  And politicians love it.

But The Simpsons killed off Apu . . . maybe he wanted a raise?

Isn’t it strange that no matter how many times we vote “No, we don’t want any more aliens, illegal or not” that they nod their heads and bring them in?  Is it any stranger that no matter how many times we vote, “No, we don’t want our factories shipped to places that don’t use vowels,” that our factories are shipped to places that haven’t yet invented vowels?

It’s a betrayal of the West

Let’s break it down.  Globalism turns labor into a commodity, like trading baseball cards, except the cards are my job, my skills, and my family’s (and country’s) future.  It’s a race to the lowest cost.  Why pay an American $30 an hour when a kid in Swaziland (Swaziland still exists, right?) works for a handful or USAID® rice a day?

Why build a factory in Ohio when Ceylon’s got sweatshops begging for your blueprints?  The GloboLeft (and, let’s be fair, the RINOs, too) cheer this as “progress,” but it’s a death spiral.  Here’s how it plays out, step by step, until the West’s economy is a husk.

Thankfully all the Indians in Canada are very good with hand-held electronics.  Tractor-trailers?  Not so much.

The Stages of Economic Suicide

  • Design machines, build machines that make stuff, and make stuff: This is the golden age—think 1950s America.  We designed cars, built the factories to make cars, and made cars.  America flourished.  Families thrived.  Grandpa’s lunchpail as he went to work the railroad that shipped those cars meant something.  Skills stayed home, and so did the wealth.
  • Design and make machines that make stuff: By the 80s, we’re still designing and building the machines, but the stuff’s starting to come from Japan and Taiwan as they focus on quality and crack the United States market.  We’re losing the “make stuff” part, but hey, at least we’ve got Wall Street.
  • Design machines to sell to people who make stuff:  Now we’re just selling blueprints. China’s got the factories to make iPhones® we’ve got the patents for the iPhones©.  The know-how’s slipping—designing isn’t building.  People don’t learn to weld by drawing a weld on paper.
  • Buy stuff made by other people from machines you designed: Welcome to the 2000s. Now we’re just selling blueprints. China’s got the factories to make iPhones® we’ve got the patents for the iPhones©.  The know-how is now slipping—designing isn’t building.  People don’t learn to weld by drawing a weld on paper.  Our skills erode.  No one in Ohio knows how to make a microchip anymore.  The muscle memory of manufacturing?  Gone.  Microchips?  They struggle with Pringles™.
  • Buy stuff made and designed by other people: The endgame. Now we become a country of consumers now, buying Chinese drones.  All that’s left are knowledge jobs (coding, engineering), service jobs (baristas, Uber), and jobs that can’t be exported (plumbers, cops, construction). But wait—why not outsource the knowledge jobs too?

This is where globalism’s knife cuts deepest.  The West’s economy is hollowed out, with a Starbucks® in the lobby of the Citibank™ that’s in a bigger Starbucks®.  Oh, and Amazon warehouses.

Manufacturing’s gone, and with it, the skills that built manufacturing in the first place.  And then?  The GloboLeftElite says:  “Hey, let’s import foreigners for the knowledge jobs too!” Enter the H-1B visa, and the West’s last stronghold starts to crumble.  To be clear, the Donald and the Musk both love those H-1B visas, too.

Here’s the dirty truth: foreigners don’t like us.  They don’t think like us.  They don’t value the same things we do.  In some cases the only thing we have in common is that we both consume oxygen.

Take India.  Please.

I bet the driver felt enriched by the diversity.

India is the poster child for H-1B tech workers.  Their culture rewards “cleverness”.  So does ours, but the definition is very different.  To an Indian, “cleverness” is:  lying, cheating, and deception.

To be clear, these are all fair game under their religious and cultural framework.  Don’t take my word for it:  a 2019 report estimated 30% of tech resumes from India include fake degrees or inflated credentials.  India ranks 93 out of 180 on Transparency International’s 2024 Corruption Index.  Nepotism and bribery are practically Olympic® sports for India, which is good because despite being a nation of 1.4 billion people, their only Olympic© was a bronze in Yahtzee™.

But hey, don’t take my word for it.

Then there’s the caste system.  It’s not just history from some movie filled with short, weak brown people who can’t quite speak English and fight with women over the five-pound barbells.  No.  The caste system is alive, even in Silicon Valley.  Indian managers on H-1B visas often hire their own:  same caste, same village, same cousin.  I think the CEO of Microsoft™ is the uncle of half the company.

Merit?

Nope, it’s about loyalty to the clan.  A 2021 study found 90% of Indian-led tech firms in the U.S. had Indian-majority staff, despite only 20% of H-1B visas going to Indians.  Nepotism is their game, and it locks Americans out of jobs in their own country.

I bet they think that’s what they call clever, but it’s escaped scrutiny because it is what the GloboLeft calls this “diversity”.

Globalism’s promise is cheap stuff, which sounds nice until you’re unemployed because an Indian manager hired his brother-in-law over you.  The West’s economy was built on trust and competence, not the caste and the scam.  Outsourcing knowledge jobs to cultures that don’t share our values is like handing your house keys to a guy who thinks picking locks is a personality trait.

Why let this happen? Because the GloboLeft and their Chamber of Commerce Republican buddies love it.  Cheap labor means cheap goods means more profit this quarter and damn the country.

But it’s clear:  we can’t build wealth by outsourcing our future to foreigners who don’t like us and think our rules are stupid and weak.  To be clear:  the elites don’t care—they’re too busy cashing checks to care and hoping that TEMU® will sell a quality yacht soon.

This isn’t just economics; it is the destiny of a people.

The West thrived because we valued competence.  Again, economic systems aren’t the goal.  The goal is the well being of the people in a country.  I mean, even the Albanians could read this post and agree.

I mean, they’d read it if they had electricity.

We Already Know The Solutions, We Only Lack The Will

“Because I saved your whatever-it-is that was safely hidden before you dropped a Hellfire missile on it.” – The Mummy (2017)

Google™ is female.  It won’t even let me finish a sentence without making suggestions.

I’m stuck in a conference room that smells like stale donuts and broken dreams.

Okay, that sounds like a detective novel that ends up with the hot dame double-crossing the private dick over the insurance money and a bottle of bourbon, but that’s not this post.  Really, it’s just a business meeting and the meeting is done.  But since everybody in the building knows each other, the meeting is in the lingering phase where we’re solving all the problems of the world.

Apropos of nothing, I say, “You know, 37% of the elderly have been taken advantage of by foreign scammers.”  I have no idea if this is true, but it’s very specific.  I pause.  “That means that there are 63% who are still available to be scammed, so if we’re not millionaires, it’s our own fault.”

How did we clear bingo parlors in North Vietnam?  B-52.

The reality though, really does piss me off.  Americans lost $12.5 billion in 2024.  These aren’t just Nigerian princes with emails littered with the comical spelling errors, no they are also slick Mumbai call centers with intense marketing campaigns.  I had heard an estimate (that I can’t find) indicating that upwards of 80,000 Indians worked in these call centers, all laughing as they entice American grandmas to go to Target™ to get gift cards.

It actually does make me quite mad.

I lean forward, fed up.

“The solution is and always has been dead simple. The NSA has these call centers mapped down to their curry orders and can tell you the last time Gupta changed his underwear.  They know where they are.  Trump could launch a BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missile carrying 1,000 pounds of high explosive tomorrow into a call center.  Turn it into rubble.  Get on TV and say,  ‘Another missile is on the way.  Shut down the scam call centers.’

“When they don’t, another missile hits.  Trump gets back on the TV.  ‘Another one tomorrow.  And the day after?  We shut India off of the Internet and satellite communications.  We mine the harbors.  Your choice.’  The world would be stunned.  The calls would stop.”

One of my friends said, “Well, that escalated quickly.”

No, it didn’t.  It was and is the obvious solution.  It could stop tomorrow if someone had the spine.

I hate it when my friend tells me about going to chiropractic school.  Too much backstory.

Since Trump took office, he’s shown what spine looks like (with the exception of the Epstein papers).  His border policies, travel bans, and tariffs weren’t just talk he did what he promised and got a rare federal budget surplus in June due to them.  This is unlike every other empty suit before him who campaigned on “tough on (drugs, crime, illegals)” then promptly developed amnesia on day one in the Oval Office.

Our problems:  drugs, terror, illegals, scams, and more all have simple fixes.  The only thing missing is the will to implement the solution.

We’ve got a laundry list of messes, and the solutions are the first thing you’d think of if you weren’t a spineless bureaucrat.

Drug Trafficking: Cartels pump fentanyl across the border, killing 100,000 Americans yearly.

Solution:  Deploy the military to the border, treat cartels as enemy combatants.  Drone strikes with AGM-114 Hellfire missiles slamming into stash houses or cartel overlord’s haciendas, streamed live by the White House at the top of each and every hour for a week, and I imagine that getting drugs across the border will be the least of the concern of what remains of the cartels.

Repeat as necessary.

Remember, for an orphan, any back of chips is “family sized”.

Terrorism:  A stronger immigration screening policy and 9/11 would never have occurred.

Solution:  Denaturalize radical aliens and ship them home.  Make Somalians in Minnesota Somalians in Somalia again, and then sink any boat leaving Somali.  Deport or detain without apology.

Illegal Aliens:  Millions of illegals cost taxpayers $150 billion annually—schools, hospitals, welfare.  Their foreign culture and zero desire to assimilate pushes the country onto the path of Civil War.

Solution:  Arrest the CEO of any company employing illegals.  Sentence for the C-Suite?  A year for each illegal employed.  Create Wilder’s Square Mile:  a square mile, fenced camp on the border with Mexico.  Illegals found will be dropped off there until processed, like an AirBNB® with no Wi-Fi.  The border with Mexico is open, so they can leave if they want to.  If the illegals don’t leave?  Seize all of their assets – bank accounts, sneakers, cars, houses, anything they own is forfeit.  End sanctuary cities with federal troops.  One mayor in custody for insurrection, others comply.

I opened a sanctuary for large marine mammals:  Habitat for Huge Manatees.

Is all of this Constitutional?

Well, most of it, probably.  Thomas Jefferson set the precedent in 1801. Barbary Pirates, Muslim slavers and pirates from North Africa raided U.S. ships, enslaved sailors, and demanded tribute from our new nation.  Jefferson, fresh in office, said “Enough, bitches.”  Or something like that.  But he had a secret weapon: Article II, Section 2 makes the president commander-in-chief to protect American interests.

Jefferson sent the USS Constitution to blast Tripoli’s ports, no Congress needed, and the Marines get a line in their song.  By 1805, the pirates begged for peace, “Please, just don’t send more of those Marines!”

All of the above echo Jefferson:  act fast, hit hard, protect the Actual Americans. The Constitution’s fine with it; only spineless elites disagree.

Why then, do these problems persist?

Here’s the dirty secret: the elites don’t really want to solve these problems.  The solutions aren’t hard, literally your first instinct, the first thing you think of is the thing that will work.

Drugs? Blow up a cartel.  Terror? Sink a boat.  Illegals? Deport ‘em, jail anyone who employs them.  Scams? Missiles to Mumbai.

So, why aren’t these problems solved?  In some cases, it’s because politicians are gutless and don’t want to anger India.  I don’t care much about what India thinks, but that’s another post.

In other cases, there’s a collusion of the darkest motives of our political system.  Illegals?  The Chamber of Commerce crowd wants cheap labor to pluck chickens and make beds, wanting the TradRight to not take action.  The GloboLeft love that the illegals swarm to states that vote Blue, and increase the number of members of Congress that come from, say, California.

My friend’s ex-wife asked if she could stay with him because she’s afraid because a stalker has been coming to her house.  She’s going to save him quite a bit in gas money.

The dame walks into my office – she’s got a pair of thirty-eights, and a pistol, too.  I could smell perfume that cost more than I made in a month as she walked in.

“John Wilder, I hear you’re a P.I. who . . . solves problems.”

“I sure am, sweetheart.”

I mean, I’ve found that you can solve almost any problem in the world with only three BGM-109 Tomahawk cruise missile carrying 1,000 pounds of high explosive.

Illegal Aliens Versus Actual Americans: The Stakes Of The $33T Parasite Party

“And on the unjust enrichment charge, Richard will agree to pay Hooli for the phone charger.” – Silicon Valley

Where do Orcs go to school?  Uruk-Hai.  (meme as found)

Enrichment.  I mean, who doesn’t feel that when they think about illegal alien invaders, since they’re like Orcs crashing a Hobbit© potluck?  On thinking about them, I came up with what I thought was a very interesting idea.  What if illegal aliens were the key to . . . a painless recession that helped all the Actual Americans?  I mean, by leaving.

Let’s look at the results of kicking illegals out or not having them show up in the first place:

  • Lowered home prices. Up to 40 million illegals living in the United States, millions of whom showed up in the last few years puts pressure on home prices.  Sure, some illegals are helping to build homes, but they’re consuming more than they create.  If the invaders left that lowers demand for the existing home stock.  Sure, some markets might  continue to be unaffordable, but I don’t want to live there.  The result?  Young Actual Americans would be more able to afford homes.
  • Crime would go down. Yes, I’ve heard the argument that illegals commit fewer crimes than Actual Americans, but any crime they commit is one that won’t happen if they’re not here.  Since we already have all the recipes, you can still go and get a burrito.  We’ll keep the burritos, you take the banditos.
  • Wages increase. Since the early 1970s, the share of wages for the average worker when compared to corporate profits has plummeted.  Why?  We offshored manufacturing because someone asked, “Hey, wouldn’t it be a good idea if we imported everything and allowed foreigners decades to figure out how to optimize manufacturing?”  But beyond that, we imported hordes of illegal and legal aliens for the jobs that remained because someone asked, “Hey, wouldn’t it be a good idea to import tons of people who can’t complain about hours or conditions?”
  • Prices for (some) goods and services may go down. Why?  Fewer people competing for those goods and services.  If profits are high and demand decreases, prices fall.  Profits are at an all time high.  You do the math.
  • Pressure for more infrastructure decreases. 40 million more people means millions of miles or roads, sewers, water lines, curbs, and schools.  It’s 10% infrastructure for the rest of us . . . for free!

Easiest way to tell if a high school student is on drugs:  ask him what a gram is.  See!  The metric system is useful for something.

  • Schools have more resources. Speaking of schools, not only does the teacher/pupil ratio get better, but fewer services are required since illegal aliens need enhanced services due to language and “special needs” issues.
  • Government growth is dropped. Illegals LOVE government doing things for them and always clamor for more.  And they get more.  GloboLeftElite politicians also LOVE giving illegals benefits that Actual Americans don’t qualify for.  Without illegals, this slows government growth.
  • Lower fraud. SNAP (federal Supplemental Nutrition giveaways) wouldn’t be used to pack the fridges of half of the food trucks in Los Angeles.  More food would be available for purchase, and prices would go . . . down.
  • Lower health care costs. Illegals use the emergency room as their go-to medical facility, clogging it up for colds that an Actual American would go to a doctor for, and paying nothing.  Well, they pay nothing.  You and I foot the bill for them because they have zero health insurance (except for government handouts), so why not go to the emergency room for a Tylenol®?
  • Higher costs for strawberries and lettuce. A few labor-intensive farm products will increase in price.  Be honest, though:  if strawberries doubled in cost you wouldn’t care.  Especially not if your taxes and inflation overall went down.
  • Farm profits would go down.   This would hurt farmers.  But it would hurt big corporate farmers the most.  Maybe they’d have to pay a market wage without illegals pressuring it down.
  • Lower remittances going abroad. Over $70 billion in wealth is shipped out to foreign countries in remittances.  This could be kept at home with Actual Americans using it to buy something they liked instead.  Like PEZ®.

Finally, I saved the crown jewel for last:

Higher economic growth.

Well, that might be a lie.  Economic growth would actually decrease for the first year or so.  That’s the textbook definition for a recession:  growth decreasing for two business quarters.  And, I’m okay with that, because growth can be good or bad.

Said differently:  all growth is not good, and all contractions aren’t bad.

I built a model of Mt. Everest.  My friend asked, “Is it to scale?”  I had to break his heart when I told him it was just to look at.

What happens if the recession is caused by removing illegals?  Let’s look at the numbers:

Since the vast majority of illegals are Hispanic, it just so happens that we have a good guess at the lifetime impact on the economy of a Hispanic person.  It came in the form of a meme, but it’s footnoted.  So, science.  I guess.

Drumroll:  in the early 2010s, someone did an estimate of the net lifetime contribution of a Latino.  The answer was:  -$588,000.  Again, that’s over their lifetime.  I imagine that illegals cost far, far more than the average Hispanic American.  The average third-gen Hispanic American who was born into an English-speaking household from his legal birth and whose name was “Troy” rather than “Esteban” almost certainly is much more productive.

I mean, Troy probably took Spanish in high school and got a “C”.

I wonder what Tay© would say about this?  Or Grok™ as of today? (meme as found)

But those are old numbers.  Let’s update that $588,000 net cost to 2025 numbers.

Wow.  It’s up to over $810,000 now for a lifetime cost.  Assuming a lifespan of 50 years in the United States (illegals, remember) to suck up our resources, over that 50-year span, 40,000,000 illegals would suck up nearly $33 trillion.

If the definition of a parasite is an organism that pulls the life energy from another, then that fits the bill to describe this as economic parasitism.

I think there could be fewer illegals than 40 million, but it’s nearly certain their lifetime costs are higher than the $810,000 estimate, perhaps even double the costs of an Actual American Hispanic.  So, let’s use those numbers.  I think they’re conservative.

He’s lucky it wasn’t the Hawaiian Muslim food truck:  Aloha Snack Bar. (meme as found)

Rough calculations shows that every million deported or averted would save Actual Americans $32 billion per year.  Deport them all?  A net savings for a family of four of $8,000.  Each and every year for their entire lives.

You and your family are contributing about $2,000 EACH just for the luxury of having illegals in the United States, not counting house prices, health care costs, depressed wages, and a dozen other non-economic ways I could think of that illegals are making things worse for Actual Americans.

$2,000.  Minimum.  Each and every year.  Could you use that for something?  Like PEZ™?

Yes, illegals cause economic growth, because they cause economic activity.  But all economic “growth” isn’t good, especially when that “growth” takes away from the wealth and prosperity of Actual Americans.  If economic activity was all we needed, we could peg the gauge by just having Los Angeles illegal riots every night.

Imagine how rich we’d all get off of tearing it all down and rebuilding it every week!

Again, you could quibble with the numbers, and I’ll agree that a meme isn’t a peer-reviewed paper.  But, what university in 2025 would support a professor pointing out that a significant portion of the population is making the country poorer just by breathing?

Thankfully, this isn’t a peer reviewed paper, since those are often created by an entirely different type of parasite, but I digress.

Could it be that we’re enriching ourselves to death?  What I’ve written about here talks only about the financial ways in which illegals are screwing all the Actual Americans.  Aliens, both illegal and legal, also put on intense cultural pressure.  Remember, diversity is our weakness, and multicultural empires Balkanize in horrific ways based on that weakness.  It’s like having a United Nations cage match, but in your backyard.  More on that in a future post.

The Riddler™ is fine, but I like the Pun-isher© better. (meme as found)

So, a recession brought about by illegals aliens going home is one I’ll happily look forward too.  And their home countries should be glad to get them – I mean, won’t they feel enriched?  Besides, I think it’s obvious that I’d never be nice to a parasite at one of my parties – I’m not a good host.

Civil War 2.0 Weather Report: Diversity Is Our Weakness

“What in the hell’s diversity?” – Anchorman

What’s the least diverse profession in the country?  Chief Diversity Officer.

  6. Open War.

Volume VII, Issue 2

All memes except for the clock and graphs are “as found”. Right now (as of publishing) we are still at Level Rittenhouse but it looks like we might avoid Level Rooftop Korean.

My advice remains.  Avoid crowds.  Get out of cities.  Now.  A year too soon is better than one day too late.

Our Weakness is Diversity

The meme is pretty common:  John Wayne, saying, “Life is hard; it’s even harder if you’re stupid.”  The world is like that, too.  The rule might be written as, “Being a country is hard; it’s even harder if you’re multicultural.”

The slogan “Diversity is our strength” is proving to be as useful as “Go ahead and run with those scissors.”  And now the Overton Window has moved to the point where everyone realizes that.  Running a country is nearly impossible when it is filled dozens of cultures that aren’t assimilated.  The chaos, disruption, and civilizational disintegration all come from great clumps of people being shoveled into a society that formerly had been high-trust – a society there were basic norms that came from a shared ethnicity and culture.

Don’t believe me?  Just ask the Irish who spent most of the twentieth century fighting against people who were really, really close to them in many ways.  I think the Irish and the British would still be fighting over Northern Ireland if they hadn’t gotten tired of it.  Britain apparently lost the war, and had to keep Northern Ireland.

Slight changes in ethnicity and ideology are enough to make a long, bloody war.  Multicultural countries don’t last long at all – look at the Soviet Union, which managed only seven decades from start to finish.  The coming Civil War is fed by this multiculturalism, and many now realize the truth:  the level of unassimilated multiculturalism cannot lead anywhere else but war.  When even normie YouTubers™ are quoting, “Import the third world and become the third world” you can tell that times are getting closer.

It is now clear, again with those same “normie” level voices that it’s not just illegal aliens that are the problem – legal aliens are just as much a part of the issue, especially those from cultures that have nothing in common except “breathing air” with the West.  They don’t like us, and want to see us dead.

They are not like us.  And, had we had a stronger immigration policy in the first place, the Twin Towers would still be standing and the Global War on Terror never would have happened.

Instead, we get people who hate us and want to humiliate us:

Violence and Censorship Update

For the first time in many months, violence is the big story.  But let’s talk about censorship first:

Something about the story is just a bit off.  Oh, yeah, the picture doesn’t show the hulking black guy beating up a small white girl.  Huh.

Well.  That’s interesting.  A “U.S. Salvadoran” family is really just . . . illegal aliens from El Salvador.

Let’s move on to the violence.  Though there was violence across the country as the perhaps 40,000,000 illegals and their Quisling sponsors fought to keep them here illegally, Los Angeles was the real flashpoint.

The violence escalated as people (many likely illegal) tried to stop ICE from ousting the illegal invaders.

Despite breaking the law to get here, let’s check in on how they feel about the United States:

Despite the UCMJ clearly not allowing protest in uniform for active duty soldiers, we get this:

And how many troops have only a secondary allegiance to the United States?

How bad were the optics for the GloboLeft?  This bad:

Misery Index

I’ve started it for the new Trump administration, shown in red.  Early results are much better than Biden’s misery numbers as Trump’s policies apparently have been stunning at reversing the tide.  We’ll see.

But look how much misery illegal aliens have caused us since 1970?

Updated Civil War II Index

The Civil War II graphs are an attempt to measure four factors that might make Civil War II more likely, in real time.  They are broken up into Violence, Political Instability, Economic Outlook, and Illegal Alien Crossings.  As each of these is difficult to measure, I’ve created for three of the four metrics some leading indicators that combine to become the index.  On illegal aliens, I’m just using government figures.

Violence:

Violence indicators in are up this month.  But the L.A. riots had only a minimal impact on the numbers.  I think people don’t take them seriously?

Political Instability:

Down is more stable, and it shot down in June as well.  I had thought it was going to go up, but I’m betting Trump’s strong reaction has calmed things down.

Economic:

The economy is up a bit this month, even though I expected a dip.  Longer term, though, there are clouds.

Illegal Aliens:

Still the lowest level since the Weather Report started.

The Musk Schism

Elon Musk appears to be as reliable an ally as twentieth century Italy.  Here one minute, there the next.  Things had been going well for the Trump/Musk band, but Yoko (also Musk) decided to break it apart.  This stemmed, I think, from Trump giving up on the actual cuts the government needs to have a chance for future fiscal stability.

This led to the bipolar(?) Musk crashing and burning in a series of Xeets®.

This led to the predictable end.  Trump values the deal, but values loyalty more.

For personal reasons, this seems a bit unhinged.  Elon has alienated the GloboLeft, and angered the TradRight.  The GloboLeft stopped buying his Hitlercars™ and the TradRight used the Big, Beautiful, Bill to remove all of the subsidies to make someone want to buy one.  While Elon will never go hungry, he seems to be on the road to removing 90% or more of the value of Tesla™ in a year or less.

Musk’s reaction was that if he didn’t get to make the rules, he’d go buy a football and see if anyone else wanted to play.  Elon held a poll, and decided that, “Vox populi, vox Dei”.  But what’s the full quote?

Nec audiendi qui solent dicere, Vox populi, vox Dei, quum tumultuositas vulgi semper insaniae proxima sit.

Said in some non-Roman gobbledygook, “And those people should not be listened to who keep saying the voice of the people is the voice of God, since the riotousness of the crowd is always very close to madness.”

His football?  A new political party – The American Party.  I, personally, would have called it “The Wilder Party” which sounds like a lot more fun, but no one asked me.  We’ve seen, though, the result of third parties on politics in the United States.

As a practical matter, whenever a political party is based on common sense and fiscal stability is formed in the United States, it pulls a lot from the right-of-center and very little from the left-of-center.  If Ross Perot never enters the 1992 race and George H.W. Bush wins, does Pat Buchanan end up as president in 1996 and we don’t have the mess we’re in because we never had the massive illegal invasion?

Ahhh, what a nice dream.

Make Haiti Great Again: Send Haitians Back

“Promise me that you’ll never go to Haiti.” – Anchorman 2

Give an alien a fish, and you feed him for a day.  Deport him, and you can keep all your fish.

I think that, before anyone is admitted to the United States – even to visit – that we evaluate their home country.  If it is awful, they can’t come in.  Ever.

The point is that if we allow a significant number of people from horrible places into the country, they’ll merely replicate that culture of failure right here.  The United States isn’t a magical place with Magic Dirt (thanks, Vox Day for that term) that suddenly transforms a Haitian cannibal into a virtuous, upright American in an afternoon.

Or in a lifetime.

Trump’s administration just announced that the “temporary protected status” is ending for half a million Haitians in the United States and they’ll have to go, well, somewhere.  It doesn’t have to be Haiti, but as the bartender says:  “You don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here.”

The idea that importing almost five percent of the population of Haiti makes Haiti better or makes the United States better is laughable.  If it were true, why not bring them all?

Okay, that would make Haiti better.  The real reason for that is that the thing that makes Haiti bad isn’t its climate, location, or even history.  The thing that really makes Haiti awful is the Haitians.

If I bring you breakfast in bed, just say “thanks” – that’s enough.  Not, “Who are you?” and “How did you get into my house?”

The people leaving Haiti to try to leech of the United States are, probably, the very best Haitians.  I know that’s not saying much, but it really is the cream of the crop that would be trying to get out.  They won’t improve the United States in any way – the cream of the crop of Haiti is below the average American in every single measurable human attribute.

Yet, they are probably above the average Haitian in every single attribute as well.  The elite of Haiti coming to the United States observably makes both places worse.  The United States gets a population that’s fundamentally unsuited to live in a first world environment with first world expectations and with behavior compatible with, say, living in a suburb and not eating the neighbor’s pets.

Eating the pets that Americans won’t.

They have no skills that would be of value to the country that would outweigh their cost.  Remember, someone has to pay for their food, housing, clothing, education, and medical care.

That someone who pays is you.  And your children, who end up in a poorer world and a violent classroom peopled by people for whom society is a vague concept that doesn’t apply to them.

But these are the best Haiti has to offer.  There are very few people in Haiti as it is that have the mental acumen to lead the nation – and stripping them of those people makes sure that Haiti will actually get worse.  It’s a brain drain from a place where brains are in short supply.

And I don’t think any honest person could disagree with me.

I said “honest person”.

Yet they do.  Any differences in human performance are explained away as racism.  Sadly, if you tell a dumb person that the reason that they can’t achieve isn’t because they’re dumb, it’s because they’re being discriminated against, they’ll believe you.

Most dumb people don’t know that they’re dumb.  To tell them they’re just as smart as everyone else is therefore one of the cruelest things you can do to a dumb person.  Instead of there being no reason that the dumb person that can change leading to them being dumb, a lie about a vast conspiracy to keep them down is invented.

So, if the lie is about to be exposed, like when Trump called Haiti a “shithole”?

The GloboLeft must then double down on their lie.  For instance, I have been told by Conan O’Brien and every other member of the GloboLeftElite that Haiti is a paradise.  No need to make it better, because it’s already great.  Oh, and you’re a hypocrite if you’re a Christian and don’t want all the Haitians coming here.

A GloboLeftist walks into a bar.  “I’ll have a standard.  Heck make it a double.”

Which is why other members of the GloboLeftElite then whine and complain that sending the best and brightest Haitians back to Haiti is sending them to certain death.  And who would be responsible for making Haiti awful?

Haitians.  But if we send them back, well, we’re talking about sending the top 5% of Haitians who might, with help, be able to turn that “paradise” into a place that Haitians might like to live in.

Oh, sure, you say, that hasn’t happened in the 233-odd years that Haiti has been a free and independent country, but I’m sure the Clinton Foundation™ provide enough guidance to get them on the right track.  Why, of the USAID awards to Haiti, you might scoff and note that 2.2% of that money was spent in Haiti while 56.5% was spent in the D.C. Beltway (source – LINK).

I hear that GloboLeftists claim that when Trump donated to a charity for blind children that those kids never saw a dime.

But the Haitians have to go back.  It’s time to make repatriations great again.

Next, let’s move on to Somalians and Ilhan Omar.  Since Ilhan divorced her husband, does that mean they’re no longer brother and sister?
