Can someone explain to me what was happening with the naked dude/robot walking down the street? And why the jetpack (if that is what that was)? It seemed like some sort of weird spoof on maintaining your lane on the the sidewalk (I think). Although with the naked robot/dudes, I wasn’t sure if that was some sort of weird Asian gay porn.
Japanese technological solutions to social problems.
This is sort of like type of gag that “Spy vs Spy” used. In this case, the goal is a better way of two people avoiding collisions when walking towards each other. When they get close, each one tries a sidestep. Since they both react at the same speed, it is awkward. Solution — upgrade one with a jet pack. The robot with the jet pack sidesteps more quickly and no more awkwardness. This works quite well until…
Yes. Much better description, and the first time I’ve thought of Spy vs. Spy in years!
We really need to repeal the 19th.

Back with the regular nonsense on Wednesday.
You sell yourself short, JW. I, for one, consider your nonsense to be highly irregular.
Crack on.
I must still be upset over the fall of Constantinople.

And Istanbul as well. Admin, are these misspelled signs on drive-thrus/businesses AI generated or from Baltimore?
Fun fact — if you’ve a date in Constantinople she’ll be waiting in Istanbul.

An old 1940s-50s song, right? I seem to remember that Jack Benny and Frank “Yeeeeesssss” Nelson did a short skit on it.
As far as I know, all are from the wild. I’ve seen enough of them in the past that I think these mainly predate A.I.
You have a WICKED sense of humor…keep up the good work!
Thank you! More on Wednesday!
I love the dual drill. It can be fun to try to figure out how make tools do impossible things like that.
It is cool. And I could figure out a way to do it, but the gears would be delicate, and you’d have to attach to the drill itself.
The person who asked about “bi” in lgbt was in the wrong subreddit, and should have asked in r/lgbtq which (in theory) tolerates questioning.
Bet not that many questions 🙂
