    1. I won a $750 brand new dishwasher replacement + plumber cost to rip out and repair in a 50y home against this boss.

      It took 6 months on hold and hand-washing the dishes.

      John, hope you get less busy. I’ve been and need to email a few people that post here. Sweetie & I are using the binoculars to admire the massive yacht migration to South Florida that are moored on the Ashley River Marina.

      3 decks above the main, with a conning tower above. Eddie Lampert owns it. This year again, $30K in diesel & $5K in DEF for him. SC has low maritime taxes. ID of the ship per the fun people downstairs at Salty Mike’s on Lockwood (Chucktown’s dive bar). Half-mile walk from our Bee St. Lofts Condo.

      We spend half our time in Chucktown. Barrell of laughs with visitors. Prefer our life on Coosaw Island outside of view-FERT. She does too.

      Much more fun with the Beaufort, SC locals in the afternoon at “The Fillin” Station” (Beaufort’s 5-Star Dive Bar) and downtown. $7.65 Tito’s & soda. $12.50 at The Palm in Charlotte. I encourage everyone to everyone that goes to HHII to play golf to take an afternoon off to drive there around 2PM. And play pool for $20/game, doubles. Billy O’Herrin will kick your a**. Look up O’Herrin with Eckerd Drugs.
