The sweater suit rocks, is it available in camo? Reminds me of a local weatherperson (PC) commercial where he was always over/under dressed by his mother so he went into weather in order to know exactly what to wear.
Layering is the way to go with several when it is extremely cold. I use jogging pants under jeans, liners in mittens, head wrap under watch cap or balaclava, glasses over eyes, thick socks pulled up high with steel toed boots. The balaclava has to have the breathing opening or the glasses fog up.
Hands, feet, head, that is where the heat escapes from the most.

The big thing with Jet Pack Guy is that he’s at 3,000 above ground level. No known tech could has enough thrust/duration for a person to be that high. But it is California, so maybe the high is natural?
