  2. Suppose a woman in the past named Eve did a bad thing. Women today cannot be guilty of that bad action, because they weren’t alive at the time to have acted. Original sin requires the moral theory of communism. Similarly, a scapegoat cannot take your guilt away for your bad actions, so Christ also requires the moral theory of communism.

    Communism says you’re committed to pay the national debt which was run up by people before you were alive. Your older ancestors sold their children, your newer ancestors, into debt slavery. You have accepted communism as your savior.

    1. Theology is not politics, and trying to apply one to the other rarely works well. In regards to the fall of man, the Jewish and Church fathers agree that as the head of the household it was the fall of Adam , not Eve that transmitted original sin and concupiscience to the human race. While it is often viewed as a debt, a more apt metaphor might be a father deciding to move his family from a nice honest location to a terrible location- like inner city Detroit. The choice was whether they and their progeny would live under the protection of God, obeying His will or decide things for themselves- and allow the evil one to have authority in this world- they chose the latter.

      The story is also an allegory- reperesenting what happened, but not necessarily literally what the facts were on the ground. In the story, people generally view the serpent as a snake, however others think of it more as a dragon. There might have been a bit of intimidation as well. To truly follow the will of God, Adam should have not only refused to participate in the sin, but protected Eve, even unto fighting the serpent and accepting the pain that might have resulted. If he had then his glory would have been our birthright as well.

      And whatevever the actual test was, one shouldn’t think that they necessarily would have chosen differently, there is that bit of Adam in all of us that wants to put our own selfish desires above God’s.

      However, God, knowing that Adam acted at least partly out of weakness and not being entirely selfish- decided He would help those of us willing to follow His will by sending Another who was willing to suffer and die for all of us so that we to could chose to share in that suffering, become His children, and gain an inheritance greater than that which was lost.

  3. Stopped to look at a new pre opening pizza place on work related city visit. It is Indian style pizza, the specialty is Three Idiots pizza. We are truly screwed, they have imported EVERY possible attack on our culture and mores. And disturbingly the games have not begun.

  6. Okay, admitting I don’t understand the cat thing. Is that Catmangandr who encircles the world? A set up for a “big pussy” joke or what? (BTW, searching “terminator big pussy” does NOT lead to that scene from the movie where Shane Black is telling Billy his stupid joke. “It was the echo”. Anyway, it was a rookie search error.)

    1. Just a goof meant to wrap around the screen. Found it a while back, but until I did the all-animal memes, no place to use it.
