Think they were crying at CNN® when they wrote that headline?

The CDC® has just sent out the word:  Corona-Chan is over.  The ‘Vid is over, served its purpose, finished, and, whereas last year Joe Biden wanted everyone who wouldn’t submit to the Vaxx fired, well, now it is over.

Done.  Doesn’t mean that at certain places that they still can’t fire you for not having been Vaxxed, but it’s starting to look a bit silly.

There are, apparently, a group of people that have looked on the ‘Rona as one of their base sacraments, nearly an item of worship.

The CDC is my shepherd; I shall not want.
It maketh me to inject mRNA: it leadeth all men with slight fevers to quarantine.
It affirmith my gender: Biden leadeth me in the paths of inflation for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of Drumpf, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy heckin’ science and stimulus checks, they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of Cheeto Hitler: thou anointest my hair with unnatural colors; my electric car runneth over people.
Surely virtue signaling shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Corona forever.

Except, not.  I’m thinking with midterm elections coming up, just like Biden declared victory on inflation, he can declare victory on the ‘Rona.  And here in Modern Mayberry I can’t recall the last time I’ve seen anyone in a mask.  It’s simply not a thing anymore.  Oh, yeah, several vaxxed folks I know have had the ‘Rona.  Shocking, that:

But, the Left simply cannot fathom a life without one of their fears, it’s like they’re in some weird, inverted sense, comforted by their fear.  Their reaction is telling, so, without further ado, I’ll let them (mostly) tell it in their own terms.

Warning:  some of the language is a bit salty – they’re pretty butthurt about this one.

  1. It is interesting that the Left is finally reaching the correct conclusion about the CDC with completely fallacious reasoning. The CDC actually is a bunch of corrupt murderous thugs, and these Leftists are the victims, just not in the way that they think.

    1. Perhaps some mixed feelings about this:
      – I really didn’t need that much exposure to the thinking of unhinged Leftist snowflakes.
      – My eyes got some useful exercise, what with all the rolling as I read the comments of this ID10Ts.
      – They think they will quickly die? Not quickly enough.

  2. You talking about not seeing any masks recently in Mayberry; most anywhere I go in my Midwest Mayberry, there have long been no masks. I recently went for my annual eye checkup and new eyewear prescription, which doesn’t affect me at this moment, because I wear cheap readers I get off that dirty Amazon website for a few quid. But whilst I was there, I noticed the woman helping me (I’d grabbed the free mask as soon as you walk through the door, out of habit), so I spun around and noticed no one was wearing the Pampers®. Turned back around, and asked “Are masks optional now?”, she said yep. So I asked is that just here or throughout all of this unnamed hospital chain? She said most of it, to which I responded, I’m sure there are a few departments, like cancer and heart and she confirmed that. So now, when I have to go for my annual physical, which all straight men just love. Ugh. I might like it more if I still had a woman doctor 😊 but nope; I won’t have to sport the trendy fashions. And at least he doesn’t hand me flowers when I leave.

    Imagine if this hate is redirected to those who played these people for two years.

  7. There’s a point where the effects of the jab will overwhelm those that were so willing to force it on people. I think we’ve reached that point, and making Covid go away is the first step. Time will allow for hiding evidence, new fake medical information, and the retirement of those deeply involved.

    People already are forgetting the emotional stress of the isolation, and in ten years, too many that really didn’t understand the tyranny will be of voting age.

Frankly, I hope it’s the lockdown-induced obesity that gets the spotlight. I am giggling already about Two Weeks to Flatten Your Curves.

John, the fascinating thing to me is the underlying concept that of this is that these individuals somehow think that they are not responsible for their own health; only the government can do that. These people are free to provide their own sanitizer and wipes, wear masks, vaccinate, find jobs that allow them to work from home, and a multitude of other personal decisions that protect themselves. We live in a society that proclaims the complete independence and autonomy of the individual, but that apparently that is limited to convenience of the individual.

    1. And there you have it. When they ask who is going to take care of them, it never occurs to them that they should be the first ones.

  10. And now, with around half the US “unvaccinated” healthy, the “vaccinated” are starting to wonder if getting the jab was such a good idea, given that the numbers in INDEPENDENT studies are showing that the chance of dying from COVID actually INCREASES SUBSTANTIALLY when vaccinated.

    …Sweet… mental… revenge…

    Of course there are some who won’t give up their version of Linus’ blanket. Out here in the Wild West, many people are STILL clinging to their masks, many even wearing them in their cars… while driving… alone… You can’t FIX stupid…

  12. Here in Washington, there is still about 10, maybe 20% mask wearers. Doctors offices too. I’m to the point when people come to my (not public) place of business with a mask, they are gonna get asked where their helmet is to go with the mask.
    Since their odds of just falling down for a head injury is probably substantially higher than covid risk.
    Or that they might risk blows to the head because there is a high likelyhood they are going to ask stupid questions that align with the fact they’re still wearing a mask.

    Reconnected with several old acquaintances in the last week.
    The amount of people who have blocked or abandoned them for being Pureblood is staggering.
    A very definite & large divide now exists in the community.
